Happiness 3 – Relationships

Can you say anything about my future? I feel the time is right to have a close companion to share my life. Is there someone coming in? LP 2.9.14

I am not able to see a lot of the future, I am only able to see a small amount of what is coming. All is probability, not what will happen. The choosing of your vibration will always attract the future doings. But I want to say from your Inner Being that he doesn’t want another for you now. Your Inner Being wants you to be happier always. Not to be sad. Not to be thinking of the past, but to want to be happy now. This is important. Your Inner Being is saying there is not much of this now. You are always happier about what has been in the past, not happy of what is now. This is important. Only when you have the big happiness of now will you be able to bring forth the attraction of another Wooden Doll who also has the big happiness now.

Your Inner Being doesn’t want you to attract another Wooden Doll now, for his energy will be the same as your energy. He will not be happy and you will not be happy. This is not wanted. Your Inner Being does not need the experience of not happy. He has had much of this. He doesn’t want any more of this. He wants you to have the experience of happy now, then you will be able to attract the happy partner. You had the practice for being happy in your last relationship. He made you happy, then he went (passed away). Now you have the knowing of being happy. You must now make yourself able to be happy in your head without being with another. This is your job. Your Inner Being has big wanting of this. Your late partner had the job of the showing you how to be happy. But it was not wanted for you to be happy only with him. He had the going, his deliberate choice, for his job was done and your head was dependent on him for joy. That was not wanted. He went. You don’t have joy. But now is the time when your energy is faster. You can have more deliberate choosing in each moment for joy. This is important. Then only when you have big joy of all moments of all of your day, for many days, only then can a friend for you be brought forth.


Happiness 1 – Ripples in the Lake Analogy

If someone around us is unhappy, should we change our thoughts to happy to influence them for happy? JP 26.8.14

A rock has ripples when it hits the water. When you talk to the ones who are unhappy, their ripples hit you. You can choose to allow their ripple on your head, or your ripple on their head. Now not all ripples are the same. When the ripples have momentum, big passion, then the momentum makes a thought-form, a strong ripple. When there is no momentum, there is no thought-form, only a small ripple and the thought-form of the other person may be stronger and may hit you. It’s important for you to choose to have the momentum for happy thought-forms, then your ripple is big and will hit their ripples and they will feel your happiness. Then they will feel the difference in your vibration and notice it. They will want it, like the taste of something nice. There is no shame, it doesn’t mean that you don’t care that they aren’t happy. You care a lot, that’s why you are choosing the momentum of happy, it’s not to feel guilty about. This is how you can help and you can explain to them that you are choosing deliberately to always be happy. You choose the bowl of food with the happy. Try new bowls to experience new. Must always want to try the unknown. If you don’t like it you can quickly choose what you do like. Quickly flick off unwanted thoughts like a cinder that lands on your trousers from a fire. Explain this to the friends.

(LF G 9.6.14) When you are not happy, you don’t have the fast energy from your Inner Being. You manifest a thought-form which is not strong, then all around you the other Wooden Dolls have manifested a strong thought-form, it’s stronger than you. Then your life has the attachment of the things that are wanted for the others, not for you. You are like the cork floating in the pool of another. Your Inner Being is not wanting that.

If there is a huge sadness in the world and we change the vibration to happy, I think that would make a difference, is this how we affect energies JP 26.8.14

This is the thinking of the ripple. Your stone has a ripple, the stone of the big sadness has a big ripple. The stones hit the water at the same moment. One ripple stops the other ripple, this is the energy of the water. Your energy has the balance of the energy of their sadness. Can only be in moments like ripples. There is always need for thought-forms on this (positivity); more passion makes a big ripple then it has more strength for changing things. There can be many of such.

The important thing is what is in your head, don’t think of what happened, have the thought-forms of seeing in your head what is wanted. If your friend is not well, not happy, then see in your head the friend happy, singing, dancing, laughing, always, then your ripple will have the knowing of them happy. But it’s important for you to know you are able to put your car on the wanted road, but you cannot put someone else’s car on the wanted road, only the person can put their own car on the road. Like when you are in your car, you have the steering wheel, you sit in the car but you don’t like the road, you want another road, you’re not able to make the car be another road, can only send the ripple with the steering wheel to put the car on the other road.

Wooden Dolls are always fearing of what is to be (future) and they are not happy about what has been (past). They have the vibration of the not wanted. This is what they know. They don’t have the knowing of ‘aaah’ (happy), they have the knowing of ‘urgh’ (unhappy). They feel your ‘aaah’ ripple, then they have more from you of the ‘aaah’, they think “why is this one always ‘aah’, how does it happen? I like the feel of that, I want it.” Then you can explain to them how they can have it. There is no other way, only their choosing. They think something happens to them, then they feel in response to it. No, it’s the feeling that makes the thing happen, not the reverse.

This why I’m speaking because I want all Wooden Dolls to know this and practise choosing happy, then they will see it in their life. The wanted will happen, then they will choose more happy, then others will see them and want to be happy. Then there will be more of the wanted ripples in your environment (earth). It will change the vibration of your environment to the wanted, not the slow energy (ripple) of the not wanted. It’s now possible for the vibration of your environment (earth) to be faster, to have the faster wanted vibration, but the Wooden Dolls have the ‘urgh’ (are not happy).

Ripples In Lake – Note from Saesneggar: Robert has explained that the thoughts and actions of each of us affects many around us, both seen and unseen.  I struggled to understand the interconnectedness at first so Robert described a “picture” of ripples from a stone hitting a lake where some stones hit at the same time and some very soon after, their ripples sometimes amplify an existing ripple and sometimes cancel out an existing ripple.  He says that there is always growth, all galaxies are always expanding, always becoming. Whether the Wooden Dolls create positive (wanted) thought-forms or unwanted thought-forms dictates how the expansion happens i.e. some new ripples will amplify and some will cancel each other out, so it is the balance of all thought-forms in the moment together that makes the real difference to how that local environment expands – that is why he wants all wooden dolls to connect better with their Inner Beings so that the Inner Being can give them the appropriate emotion to help guide them.  


Taming the Monkey Mind

Can you explain to me about ego. Is ego the same as monkey or is there a difference? CC 24.6.14

It is not the same. What I am calling the monkey, this is the part of your head that is the amygdala (the Limbic system*). Thinking and fearing, more instinct, that what I am calling the monkey. Most of your apparatus flows into this. Only a small part of your head goes to the thinking part, most of the apparatus is flowing to what I have called the monkey, for it, not words and thoughts, works very fast in your apparatus. Much faster than can be through thinking, a small part is given for thinking. The most parts are not given for thinking, they are used for the monkey.

[*The Limbic system includes many components including: Cingulate gyrus – cognitive functions and attention, autonomic functions eg regulating heart rate, blood pressure; Amygdala – fear, flight or fight response; Hippocampus – memory; Orbitofrontal cortex – decision making; Hypothalamus – metabolic processes eg body temperature, sleep, hunger]

So is the monkey the conscious brain? AS 29.8.14

The conscious mostly, some parts are subconscious but all of the conscious is the monkey. He has value, he’s not bad. He makes your physical apparatus survive. All parts – seeing and hearing and such, he has the fast workings with them. He only chooses to show small parts in the other part of your head. The other part of your head is slow, the monkey is fast. You need the monkey, he’s not bad.

But where does the ego fit in? CC 24.6.14

This is not a part of head, it is a word for the ‘I know of me’, the ‘I am me’. This does not happen when you have transition, for that becomes the coat, that part. The rest of you is flowing in the Inner Being, having doings in the pools and such like of choosing, but the ‘this is me’ part, this ‘I am’ part, this is the ego, this goes into the coat.

Is it by meditating that I get the knowing from my Inner Being? JG 10.6.14

This is easier, can be like that most of the time, but also there are other ways that the Inner Being can give the knowings for you in your head, in the normal things when you are talking or reading, many times you will wonder, ‘Ah where did that come from? That’s not in the book? I have read the book, the book didn’t say this, why have I thought of this?’ It’s from the Inner Being. When you are reading, your head is in a way (frame of mind) where it’s easy for the Inner Being to get a knowing into your head. You are thinking I have read it in a book – it’s not in the book. Ha ha.

Can I invite the Inner Being to have more influence than the monkey? AM 19.8.14

The Inner Being is always wanting this, but it cannot have the doings (make it happen), this is your job. You need to think of happy things all of the day. But I’m afraid of everything. This is the problem; the monkey has the fearing, the squawking, he is always squawking and you’re not happy. Your head has the choosing, not the monkey. When the monkey has the squawking and big fearing, then you need to think of happy things you like, like the taste of cake in your mouth, ha ha. Always the thing you like makes the monkey comfortable; then he sleeps, he’s happy, he likes cake. Then the Inner Being can have a slightly bigger part each time. After many hundreds of such times when the monkey is sleeping and your head is happy, then your vibration will be faster. Then the Inner Being can have more influence in your head. Then you will have the deliberate choosing always for happy. It’s not easy. Saesneggar practised for 2 years before she had a big change of vibration. You might have 2 years of hard work to make your monkey happy. For the monkey has control of all of your life now, you cannot have a quick switch off of the monkey.

For most Wooden Dolls now it’s the monkey doing the choosing; it has to be in this environment, all have need of the monkey (for survival). Your beasts are different but they have the fast seeing and choosing from their monkey.

Can you explain the best way to tell the difference between promptings of Inner Being and what is coming from monkey brain, eg if we have fear is it Inner Being telling us don’t go in this direction now or is it the monkey saying I’m afraid? JP G 22.5.14

Your emotions, the Inner Being mostly has happy emotion; the emotion of the monkey is not always happy. Saesneggar goes on a train and the words make Robert laugh ‘MIND THE GAP’. I say to my Saesneggar ‘MIND THE GAP’, your Inner Being has a happy thought-form and you’re not happy – MIND THE GAP. It has knowing of the gap, you say your gut feelings – that’s the gap. Always ask your gut feelings about the gap. And if there is a gap, it’s not from your Inner Being.

How do I raise my consciousness and get the monkey out of way so I can go into trance? AS 29.8.14

The easy way, Saesneggar wasn’t able to this for many years, then she found it easy to do this. She thought of saying in her head what she wanted and then expecting it to happen, not possible. Then she had the knowing of wanting the monkey to be asleep but the head awake (to be able to go into trance). How to do that? She tried many things. What worked for her monkey is to give him work, important doings, then he is busy with that. He doesn’t sleep. It wasn’t possible to have him sleep for this. Your one is probably the same. You will need to give the monkey important things to do, then he is busy and the Inner Being can then be able to influence the vibration of your head and put your head in the vibration that matches the foot to go in your slipper. You cannot have the knowing of this. The Inner Being is able to do this but only when the monkey is allowing. Saesneggar’s monkey didn’t allow, that was a problem, so the monkey needed to be busy then he didn’t care, he didn’t notice the Inner Being.

So is that why when I’m driving I feel knowing from the Inner Being?

This is so, this is easier for your Inner Being, but he knows it’s not possible when you are in your car, it could hurt you (to be distracted). It is possible for him but he is choosing not to, it’s not safe. But it’s needed for something to make the monkey busy, like driving.

The same happens when I’m in the bath, so it’s not forcing it?

You cannot make it happen, you must make the monkey busy, then it will happen, but don’t expect it. Experiment with different doings for the monkey, have a game of many things for the monkey to do, then practise to know what works and what doesn’t work.

Further explanation of the Monkey from Saesneggar

Robert has often referred to two parts of the Wooden Doll’s mind, the part that is ‘connected’ to the Inner Being and the ‘monkey’ part which has the stronger genetic influence.  He says that the two work together but don’t always agree. He says that all input from our 5 senses will always go straight to the monkey part (this is our physiology and will never change) where it is processed very quickly and most of it is ignored because it is deemed to be unimportant e.g. your eyes see an aisle full of washing powder but straight away you are aware of the pack that you want and you haven’t really noticed the 99 others on the shelves.  

Robert says that the important bits of what we see/hear etc are pulled out by the monkey part and can be either sent to the wider mind for consideration or the monkey part engages an instant fight or flight response.  He says that some wooden Angry-Cartoon-monkeydolls with small pipes to their Inner Being will almost always act from the monkey part – for example they feel threatened and make aggressive comments when someone ignores them, whereas their Inner Being would want them to consider the wider context such as maybe that person is having a bad day or just hasn’t noticed me, ‘either way it’s not my problem so I don’t need to react negatively or even feel negative about this, I’m quite happy for them to choose to notice me or not’.  

Robert says that the monkey part constantly evolves from our genetic past and adapts slightly from each experience, it isn’t always wrong and is vital to our physical survival, so he admits to teasing by the use of the word ‘monkey’. He says that when we develop a bigger, stronger pipe to the Inner Being we have a better balance of judgement – those with a strong pipe are usually positive and not fearful because they are able to comfort their own monkey part regularly, therefore their monkey seldom feels threatened and doesn’t ‘kick off’ (my words).  


Law of Attraction 4 – Manifesting & Thought-forms

Is most of our life experience a reflection of our conscious beliefs? SC 7.10.14

Ah this is true. The thought-form is able to manifest. The thought-form, this is always the practice vibration, the thought had many times. (When) the thought is always the same, this is the belief, so when someone has the knowing in their head, the belief in their head: ‘I cannot have this, I cannot do this’, then the truth is they cannot have, they cannot do. The vibration, the thought-form manifests in your reality for ‘I cannot have, I cannot do’. This is the belief, it makes happen, manifest, but you can change of course of it. You can have many thoughts of, ‘I can have this’. Feel it in the belly. Have the knowing of what is wanted then have the flowing, the passion of what is wanted now. You should live in your head as if you had what is wanted now. Not you might have it in the future. No, it cannot manifest then. You must have the passion now, of living what is wanted. Then the wanted needs a small change of vibration to manifest – you have most of the doings all done in your head.

If we want something to manifest do we have to focus on the feeling of having it in the now or is the intention enough, or do we have to feel we already have it? SC 29.7.14

The intention needs momentum and thought-form to manifest the thing. Now, how to have this? It needs the knowing of having the wanted thing. The problem is that the monkey in the head says ’I don’t have this, I have wanted this many times and I don’t yet have it here’. The monkey knows it’s not there, it’s not possible for your head to say ‘I have this’, because you know you don’t have it. It’s not possible to tell the head that the thing is there when it’s not there. It doesn’t work. The way to do this differently, what works, is for your thinking and your momentum, it is important to choose more of the wanted, more thinking of what is wanted.

FlowerI’ll give you a picture to illustrate: the flower – how it looks, how big it is, the colour, the shape, how it all looks. You see the wanted flower in your head, but no flower is coming, so you know now that the image of the flower in your head is not finished. Visualise the flower more. See the flower again, put more of the flower in your head. The flower is different now, changed, you have the feel of the passion, the momentum, the excitement in your head – the monkey knows he is seeing the flower in the head. It has all the doings of the finished flower in the head. All is happy, all is comfortable with all the knowings of flower in the head, then it can manifest. Then the flower there – it’s not a big step, it’s a small step for the momentum. The thought-form of the flower is in your head and your vibration many times: it’s comfortable, always there, not new, not exciting, it’s boring, it’s always there.

Then it happens, always like the woman who is wanting a baby, but has no baby. She is trying many wantings for a baby, but no baby; then she starts not to care now, she accepts there is no baby. She then has the momentum of other things she wants, she is not thinking of the baby, then the baby comes when she is not thinking about a baby. Why does this happen? This is the same. When a big thing is wanted very much, then the momentum, the thought form, is a problem for there is much wanting but not having it. Then this cannot manifest; it can only manifest when it’s boring, when the feeling is ‘oh it’s here, I don’t care, or it’s not here I don’t care’. The wanting is there, and the picture in the head of what is wanted is finished, then have the feeling of not caring – then it happens, it manifests. For there is no problem, there is no blocking by the monkey of the momentum for manifesting.

How long must we think positive thoughts most of each day instead of negative thoughts before we start to attract/manifest the things that we wish for? Sg 5.2013

The question is not right. It’s not a matter of time, only momentum, (it depends on) how much momentum is in the thought-form how quick what is wanted comes. Ha! your Inner Being has big knowings of it, he always chooses happy, has what is wanted, he doesn’t have energy wasted. You have knowings, but you choose ‘urgh’ (feeling negative). It’s a big waste – it brings what is not wanted, ha ha.

 


Law of Attraction 3 – Split Wanting, Worry, Writing a List

I just have changed my path, I have left my job which I didn’t enjoy and I have done a course to work with the dying and I also do healing, but at the moment things are moving very slowly and I just hope that I am on the right path JG 10.6.14

The problem here is in your head you don’t know what you want. You are thinking ‘I want this’ but you are also thinking ‘urgh, did I make a mistake? Did I run and jump off a cliff into the sea? The jump from the cliff into the sea felt good. I wanted that, but now I am in the sea, I cannot get back up hill. Did I want that, did I not want that, should I not have done that?’ That is problem for that gives the ‘urgh’ (negative feeling) and then that slows the momentum for the healing work. You must always have a knowing in your head, ‘I want this, not in the future, no, now. It’s here now. I am here, I am this. I want you to write on the contraption (computer); I want you to think in your head what is best for the healing and the working with the dying. Why I want it, when I want it, how it feels in me when I am doing all of this that I wanted when I ran and jumped off the cliff, my dream,yes, when I am doing my dream. How I am feeling when I am doing all these things. I want you to make a big, big list of all of this and you look many times at the list and you put new things on the list each time you look. You put bigger things and the list is growing. Now, this is important, as your list is growing, so your momentum for this is growing and the feeling of lying in the sea looking up at the hill, it’s not there. The feeling of the jump and the flying into water, that is there. The feeling, the momentum of the dream, you need to get it back. It’s gone, it’s too small now.

That is why you are not happy, that the things might not happen as you are wanting. There is doubt in your head that you made a mistake. It was not a mistake, no, the problem is that when you decide on the dream it feels good, the run at the cliff top feels good, the first float in the water feels good, but now what? That is the problem, you need a long list, growing each moment that you look on the list, put more new things on the list. Then what happens is that the momentum in your head has big thought-forms, strong thought-forms of what is wanted in the dream and the things of the dream they stick to your head. They are in your day. At present, you don’t have any momentum strong enough for any to stick.

I feel as if my intelligence and my mental focus is not as it used to be. How can I improve? JG 10.6.14

Your wanting is not what your wanting was. Your momentum is different from your momentum in earlier times. The head is still working, you can still have doings of the head when the momentum is there for those doings. Your dream is not the same as your dream before. The wanting is not the same. But also, another problem is that the monkey in your head is worrying. The monkey always worries ‘I cannot make the dream happen, it won’t happen’. Always that gives the head much time for the monkey and very little time for the dream. The stressing of monkey makes the part of the head that does the thinking have less momentum than the monkey has in the head. This is normal, that is how the physical body survives for the monkey has the bigger part survival part in the head. This will always have to be so. So how do you not have the problem? You have more momentum for the dream. Then as one thing, comes to your experience that is wanted for the dream, the monkey goes ‘Oh, ah, the dream it’s starting, it’s happening’, then there is less stress. Then the next thing for the dream soon manifests and the monkey again is less stressed. It’s not fast, it will take time to happen, but the monkey will be happy then, thinking ‘no problem, the dream is happening, I’m happy’, then the monkey sleeps. Then you can have the momentum away from monkey into the part of the head that is for the thinking, then it can be easy. Then the doings can be easy again. The monkey is the problem for that, but the monkey will not sleep if it’s not happy. It needs to know that it has not made a mistake, but has done what was wanted.


Multiverses – Foretelling the Future

In our ‘Wooden Doll’ experience of time, how far in advance can you in spirit be confident of being able to read our energy to know what our probable future would be? SC 7.10.14

Ah. This is important. Now, I explain properly. Your scientists, they have some of the knowing. They call it the multiverse. They have the knowing of many hundreds of nows. All are probable, possible; now you in the now, you have always a vibration. It can be ‘aaah’ (happy, positive vibration) and can be ‘urrgh’ (unhappy, negative vibration) and there are many like them. Now there are many hundreds of different possibles of the multiverse, they each have a different vibration. Now you in the now, the moment of now, have the vibration of you. It has the same match as one of the multiverses, not all. So this becomes the next thing for you. The attraction of one of the multiverses. It manifests for you. All are real, but only one manifests for you. This is the choosing from your vibration. You have the many things happening now, but you have the one vibration.

So it’s important to know that when you have 10 things you are happy about, but one thing you are unhappy about, you have ‘urrgh’ when you think of this, then the vibration of ‘urrgh’ attracts the multiverse of the not wanted (into your reality). Stop doing this. You can choose to have the vibration of the ‘aaah’ thinking. Choose to think of the wanted, then make yourself excited about the wanted thing, then your vibration thought-form is of the wanted, then all comes from the wanted multiverse.

But to answer your question, your Inner Being is able to know of the multiverses that are close to your vibration in the now and he of course, knows your head. He thinks: ‘Her vibration is not changing much. She is stable, so the vibration now is this. She is not likely to change vibration, so I can know of the probable multiverse she will attract.’ But he is not able to be certain. So you can be happy, then see a thing that suddenly makes you unhappy. For example you might see a small baby be hit by a car and die, then you are sad. So your vibration in that moment is not the same as the vibration of the previous moment. So the Inner Being will know: ‘Ah the multiverse is now not the same. She has brought forth a different manifestation for her. I don’t want this, I will try to make her think of wanted things, not of ‘urrgh’ things. Your Inner Being is able to influence you more. Most Wooden Dolls do not have much influence (from the Inner Being), but your Inner Being has more flowing in you. Not always, you have always the choice. But you also have the choice to listen to the Inner Being.

He is able to make you notice, so he is not able to see the year, the month, the week, ahead, no. He can see the probability for you with the same vibration, but your vibration can change in moments, then the future will also change. Always the future is made in the now moment (by your vibration). It’s not written in a book. It’s not the planning of the Inner Being, no, that cannot be. The Inner Being can choose which environment to manifest (incarnate) in, then when you are manifested, then there is no more influence from the Inner Being (on what happens). All is your choice, from your head, from your vibration.

Even the baby, his vibration chooses a multiverse. The Inner Being is not able to choose. He can see the multiverse also, but cannot make one of your multiverses manifest. Your vibration always manifests. No one other than you. This is important.

So it’s very important to be happy?

This is so. You should always choose this.


Healing 1 – Thought-forms and Healing

Importance of Thought-Forms in Healing

What is the best way to strengthen our thought-forms for healing? JP 22.5.14

Your Inner Being needs much practice with your Wooden Doll to build and grow the pipe then when the pipe is big and strong, then the more energy can flow from the Inner Being through thought-forms to the Wooden Doll. It’s not that you have need for learning. Your Inner Being has need for practice to grow your energy in here. It cannot grow fast as (the energy of) your Inner Being is hundreds and hundreds of times bigger and stronger than your apparatus (body) can take now. Your Inner Being cannot give more for you, your apparatus is slow, small energy, but when you sit with you Inner Being more (in meditation), each time your Inner Being can make your pipe bigger and stronger to take bigger and stronger energy. But each step is so tiny. It must be in many small steps, not big steps or the apparatus would stop. Spend your moments with Inner Being, each moment you spend with your Inner Being, then your pipe can be growing more of the energy from your Inner Being. There is no better use for your time than for sitting with your Inner Being.

What makes us ill? JP 22.5.14

It’s all deliberate thought-forms in the moment, many hundreds of people in this moment are thinking ‘will I have health or illness?’, that is only the choosing of your thought-forms. If you have ‘aaah’ (feel happy and positive), you have the health; if you have the ‘urgh’ (feel unhappy and negative) and ‘I have big fear, I am ill’, then you will be ill. Your Inner Being always gives you the feeling of no fear, be happy, then you will not be ill but the more your thought- form is ‘urgh’, the more you will be ill and the more you will fee ‘urgh’, and the smaller the pipe to your Inner Being will be. Smaller energy from the Inner Being flows through the small pipe to the Wooden Doll and the body will not have all the energy it needs to sustain it, and there will be more manifesting of small energy (from the Inner Being), that’s what illness is. It’s all down to the thought-forms – you have the choosing. (What you are thinking is) important in all moments. There is only one thought-form in the moment, so if you have lots of happy thoughts then have one sad thought, it brings it down. So when you are ill and you need healing, the thought-form is not happy, but there are other things, many hundreds of things in your head that make you happy, think of them, then your thought-form will be happy and the illness can go, for each moment that you are thinking the happy thought-form, your Inner Being can grow your energy and then the apparatus can have the energy it needs. The apparatus is not ill, it is never ill. The apparatus is always in good health when it has the energy to sustain it from the Inner Being, but if the energy of the thought-form is ‘urgh’, the body cannot be sustained.

Can you eradicate illness by changing your thought-forms? AS 24.6.14

This is very important. Being ill comes because the Wooden Doll has the ‘urgh’ (is unhappy and has negative thinking), and therefore a small pipe to the Inner Being. So the Inner Being cannot flow enough life force to the apparatus and then the apparatus will decline, sometimes slowly, sometimes quickly. But different parts of the apparatus cannot survive after a lot of time with small energy, then if the person is not able to become happier, then the energy gets slower and slower and smaller, and eventually they cannot survive any longer and they have transition (death). The Wooden Doll can be helped to be happier and to see in each day the things that will make it happy, then the pipe to the Inner Being will open more and the faster energy will make the declining parts better, and there will be healing.

Is there any illness that can’t be healed?

The body has the ability to heal – eg healing a cut, (first there is a) scar, then no scar. This is normal when the Inner Being can flow (energy) to the Wooden Doll. When the Wooden Doll is not happy, then the energy cannot be big and fast to sustain (the body). Then there would be no part of the apparatus that would not be sustained. The Wooden Dolls make Robert and (the other) Inner Beings laugh, for they think, ‘if I am 60, I am old’. If the Inner Being has knowledge of how to properly sustain a Wooden Doll, then healing can help, but if the Inner Being does not have the knowledge of how to sustain (a human body), then it cannot be healed. (An inexperienced) Inner Being needs to learn by getting it wrong.

When someone comes for healing, why does it seem to get in the way if they have high expectations? CC 22.7.14

Hmm. This is the monkey of the friend (healing client). The friend wants things to be different. Their monkey is thinking: “if I talk about what I want, then what I want will happen”. Not possible. The healing that the body wants will flow, not what the monkey wants, it’s not the same.

They’ve got to change their thinking too?

They need their monkey to be sleeping (comfortable with the process and relaxed), then there is no problem, the apparatus can have healing. When the monkey is making the head of the person stressed, this creates a problem for the body. The healing is helping the body, but the monkey is a problem. If the monkey stresses the apparatus, there will be more problems. If the monkey is not comfortable with the healing, he blocks the ‘sleeping’ of the person in the healing. If the monkey wants to squawk, it’s hard for the Inner Being of the friend (healing client) to flow the healing when the monkey squawks. It cannot flow.

And when a person comes for healing, is there any way of knowing if it is something that can be healed or is the person just having an experience wanted by their Inner Being? Or is it possible to heal anyone, if the person can change their thought-forms? CC 22.7.14

That is so. The Inner Being always wants the experience. The Wooden Doll has the choosing, once he knows what is creating the disease. He then has the choice to have new thought-forms or not to have new thought-forms. That is the healing. The healing from light beings can make the apparatus well in the now, but they have no influence on the future of the one having the healing and what their future they will choose their thought-forms to be in the future. The healing only works on the apparatus in that moment.

Can you explain the difference between the big wanting with rockets of desire that is helpful in the Law of Attraction, and when people have high expectations that isn’t helpful, such as when a person who comes for healing is expecting a miracle but doesn’t understand that they need to change their thought-forms? CC 18.6.14

The difference is easy for me. When the Wooden Doll knows that it can be made well, the believing is the momentum of the thought-form . The monkey in the head is saying “I have knowing I will be well, I have knowing my apparatus will be well, only this is stopping the well, but the apparatus will always be well”. That is in the (positive) knowing in the head. The way that doesn’t work though, is where the person is saying “I want to be well, but I have knowing, my belief is that the body, the whole apparatus is broken and cannot heal. Their thought-forms have big momentum of broken and no momentum of well. A healing practitioner can offer the healing energy to this one and they will say, “oh this is different, I like it”, but it cannot make them well if their thought-forms always create the ill, the not well, that is the belief of people like this, their thought-forms have big momentum for the ‘not well’.

When we want to help others how much influence does healing have? JP 22.5.14

In this case if they are having ‘aah’ thought-forms they can have knowing of your thought-forms; if they are having ‘urgh’ thought-forms, their pipe (can still be) big enough to have your thought-forms. Your thought-form goes into their apparatus from their Inner Being, your thought-form goes via your Inner Being to their Inner Being to their Wooden Doll.

So when we do healing for someone else are we helping to make their pipe bigger? JP 22.5.14

Your thought-form is helping them, but also your energy is big in your apparatus and the thought-form, when you are speaking with them, tell them in words that it’s important not to think of fear and pain, to think of the happy, such as hearing a song they love in their head and seeing the food they love in their head. When they are in the bed (in hospital) weak and dying, and in much fear, they look in the beds of the others (in the hospital) and it’s the fear and the not happy that makes the pipe small. When you are healing you must remember that you can tell them it’s important not to have thought-forms of being ill, and others by them who are ill. Have thought-forms in all moments of the joy, what you enjoy. Tell them to think always of that. Saesneggar is a healer and she has known patients who get the happy all clear, because they have had healing and learned to be happy, but in year or two will have forgotten. They will not have made the changes in life that were needed for happy, and will have again the cancer. But you cannot always in the moment make the Wooden Doll happy.

Create the Reality you want

Is the Law of Attraction real? How long do we have to focus on the things we want before they start to manifest? Robert answers from the spirit perspective.

The “Law of Attraction” states “like unto itself is drawn” i.e. a person attracts everything (good and bad) into his/her own life due to their emotional state of mind. Is the Law of Attraction real? If it is, how does this work?

So the first important thing is that there is no bad, all good. All wanting causes expansion, this is how you and your universe continually evolves and expands. You say it is good when it matches what you are now wanting and you say it is bad when it is not what you are now wanting. But the bad offers experience and opportunity to understand better what is wanted, because from the bad experience you know what you don’t want. It is important that you always choose thoughts on the joy that you will feel when the wanted thing has manifested – feel the joy in the now moment for your thought form because only when it has enough momentum will it manifest. You must not choose to make a thought form from the fear of a bad experience. The like attracts like, it’s true, your thought forms bring everything into your life. Important: all experience is good for the inner being, all wanting creates growth for your inner being and for your environment – wanting is thought form that has momentum.

Your inner being has experience of all thought in all moments that you are thinking of something. This energy flows to the inner being from the person. The inner being is also constantly flowing energy to the person. (The moment the inner being stops the flow of energy to the person, what you call death happens.) Many people say ‘Aargh that person is bringing unwanted things into my life.’ This is untrue. No other person can manifest in anyone’s life, only the person for itself. All experiences come from the person’s own thought forms.

You do not understand this. You think that thought forms must be about that wanted thing. It doesn’t matter. A person might have five big things that are not wanted – ‘aargh’ and one wanted – ‘ooh’. If the person chooses to think about the wanted thing, he’s happy. No problem. The ‘ooh’ vibration makes the thought form have big momentum, so the four things must change to wanted things, because they don’t fit the person’s happy vibration.

Equally, if you have 9 thoughts that are of wanted things and one of an unwanted thing, if you continue to focus on the one unwanted thing, as people often do, then the vibrations of the wanted things will start to change to the less wanted.

Here is a visual example. If you taste something bad (aargh), you spit it out or swallow quickly to get rid of it. It’s important not to think about it. If you taste something good (ooh), you should deliberately choose to chew this for many moments, to make it last. You remember the good tasting, and when it’s gone you should think for many moments of memory of good taste. This makes thought form momentum. When an unwanted thing happens, don’t think of it or focus on it, just think of an ‘ooh’ taste. It doesn’t matter what you’re thinking about, only that it’s ‘ooh’ not ‘aargh’.

The inner being helps. It flows sudden emotions to help the person notice something. Like for example if a woman’s inner being would like her to have a baby, she will start to see many babies. Another woman might only notice the pretty coat of the baby’s mother if she herself has big wanting of a warm coat for herself and not to have a baby, so she doesn’t notice the baby.

How long must we think positive thoughts most of each day instead of negative thoughts before we start to attract/manifest the things that we wish for?

This isn’t the right question. It’s not a question of time, only momentum. The amount of momentum in the thought form governs how quickly the thing wanted manifests. Inner beings understand this very well and always choose to be happy, then they have what is wanted, and no energy is wasted. People might know the theory but often choose to think about the ‘aarghs’ – a big waste of time as it brings the not wanted into their experience. Also people often think “it hasn’t come yet, it’ll never come, I can’t make this attraction thing work for me”. They are right because their negative thought form makes it possible for only unwanted to manifest, wanted can only manifest in positive thought forms.

Exercise in focusing on the wanted

Each night before sleeping, think of 5 things that have happened that day that you have liked. Do it regularly and soon you will be thinking of 10 things that day that you have liked. To do it before you sleep is important as it means you go into sleep in a positive vibration.

When you have become practised at this you will notice that you are feeling happier most of the time and that your mood is less often swayed into negativity by things that you dislike. It usually takes daily practice for more than a month to change the negative habits of a lifetime, be patient.

When you are happier most of the time you can change the focus slightly and think each night of 5 things that you have done that day that you are happy about. This is important for you to learn to appreciate yourself, this changes your core vibration to one of consistent happiness where you will attract more that will make you happy.
